Green Smoothie = Health
Making a delicious green smoothie daily is probably the best way to dramatically improve your diet and subsequently your health! Our bodies and minds vibrate with the energy we put into them, and eating fruits and greens will give us the most vibrant feeling of ‘aliveness’ we could ask for! With a smoothie we can easily get a large amount of awesome fruits and veggie energy from one meal, making healthier eating and living a reality.
If you own a blender, all you need to do is round up some smoothie-making ingredients! My smoothies mostly rely on water as a base, dates as a sweetener and are made from fruits and leafy greens – so they are very easy to make!
