Man, I got the mango munchies. I love me some sweet, fragrant, juicy mango and can’t really stop myself from monstering my way through at least half dozen a day. Heck, my latest smoothie has three mangoes! Paired with a bountiful blast of berry!
Mango Berry Smoothie Recipe:
3 fresh ataulfo mangoes, peeled (that’s about 3 cups of chopped frozen mango)
1.5 cups of blueberries, blackberries or rasberries
2-3 leaves of kale (or another green of choice!)
15 dates (or 4 tbsp agave nectar)
Insert, stand back, and let that blender talk smoothie smack!
